Structural Characteristics

This drawing is the structural dimension sectional view of the Intelligent Constant Pressure Water Supply Equipment. It clearly shows the standard layout of the complete unit. The equipment is equipped with two vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps working in standby mode. It is fitted with an inlet collecting main, outlet pressure stabilizing pipeline and supporting valve assemblies. A pressure stabilizing tank is arranged on the right side, equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor pipeline pressure in real time. The whole set integrates pump units, pipeline valves and pressure stabilizing buffer components on an integrated base. During operation, the frequency conversion system automatically adjusts pump speed according to pipeline pressure. The pressure tank buffers water pressure fluctuation and reduces frequent pump start-stop, realizing all-day constant-pressure water supply. The pressure stabilizing tank stores pressurized water. It buffers sudden pipeline pressure changes, avoids frequent start and stop of water pumps, saves energy consumption, and maintains stable outlet water pressure during short-time water consumption peaks.

Why does this equipment adopt two vertical pumps (one working, one standby)?

Dual pump configuration ensures continuous water supply. If the running pump fails, the standby pump will automatically switch on. It meets uninterrupted water demand of commercial and residential buildings and reduces the risk of water cut-off.
