The non-clogging submersible sewage pump is a unit in which the pump and motor are integrated and operate while fully submerged in the liquid. Compared to conventional horizontal or vertical sewage pumps, this type features a compact structure and a small footprint. Installation and maintenance are convenient; large-scale models are typically equipped with automatic coupling devices that facilitate automatic installation, making the process highly efficient. They offer long continuous operating times. Because the pump and motor share a common shaft—resulting in a shorter shaft and lighter rotating components—the radial load on the bearings is relatively low, leading to a significantly longer service life than that of standard pumps. Issues such as cavitation damage and the need for priming are eliminated; the latter, in particular, offers great convenience for operators. These pumps operate with low vibration and noise, exhibit minimal motor temperature rise, and cause no environmental pollution.

The WQ series non-clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pumping equipment developed by integrating advanced foreign technology with the specific operational characteristics of domestic pumps. It features significant energy efficiency, resistance to entanglement and clogging, as well as capabilities for automatic installation and control. It is exceptionally effective at handling media containing solid particles and long-fiber debris.
This series utilizes a unique impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal, enabling the efficient transport of fluids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional designs, the impeller employs a single- or dual-channel configuration—resembling a curved pipe with a uniform cross-section—which ensures excellent flow characteristics. When paired with a well-designed volute casing, this results in high operational efficiency; furthermore, the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing to ensure vibration-free operation.

    The WQ Non-Clog Sewage Pump is designed to transfer wastewater, sewage, sludge, rainwater, industrial wastewater, and other liquids containing solid particles or short fibers. It is not recommended for highly corrosive chemicals unless a suitable material such as stainless steel is selected.

    Yes. The wide-channel impeller is designed to reduce clogging caused by fibers and suspended solids. For wastewater containing a large amount of long fibers, we can also recommend cutter-type or vortex impeller models.
