Product Advantages

  • Efficient Operation

    · Adopts a double-blade impeller design, greatly improving the passing capability of solid particles and debris.
    · The mechanical seal adopts a new type of wear-resistant seal, allowing long-term operation in an oil chamber environment.

  • Easy Installation

    · Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, significant energy-saving performance, and convenient maintenance and replacement.
    · Various installation methods can be configured according to customer requirements, making installation and maintenance much easier. There is no need for personnel to enter the sewage pit for maintenance.

  • Cost-Effective

    · The pump can operate safely within the designed working range, ensuring the motor will not be overloaded.
    · Equipped with an outdoor motor, the pump does not require a pump room and can be installed directly outdoors, reducing construction costs.

Detailed Description

Product Description

This pump combines self-priming capabilities with clog-free sewage handling. Like a standard self-priming clean water pump, it requires neither a foot valve nor manual priming; yet, it is capable of pumping sewage containing large solid particles, long fibers, sediment, mining debris, and fecal matter, as well as general construction wastewater. It significantly reduces labor intensity while offering ease of use, portability, and installation, alongside stable performance and minimal maintenance requirements.

Product Use

FAQs:

  • 1

What is the difference between ZW sewage pump and submersible sewage pump?

ZW sewage pump is installed above ground and uses a self-priming structure, while submersible sewage pumps operate underwater. ZW pumps are easier for maintenance and inspection.
  • 2

Does the ZW pump need water before starting?

No. The self-priming chamber allows automatic suction after the first filling.
  • 3

Can it pump sewage containing solid particles?

Yes. The non-clogging impeller design allows solid particles and fibers to pass through.
  • 4

What information is needed for pump selection?

Please provide: Flow rate (m³/h); Head (m); Liquid type; Solid particle size; Installation environment; Voltage and frequency
