The motor shaft connects directly to the pump shaft via a coupling through the pump head, while tie-bolts secure the pressure-resistant cylinder and flow-passage components between the pump head and the inlet/outlet sections; the inlet and outlet ports are aligned on the same axis at the base of the pump.
A combination of multi-stage impellers creates a highly efficient and balanced fluid delivery system, ensuring operational efficiency and stability.
Optimized impeller design paired with a high-efficiency motor effectively reduces noise and energy consumption while enhancing overall energy efficiency.
Reliable Operation
Constructed from stainless steel, the pump offers excellent corrosion resistance, enabling long-term, reliable operation with a wide range of corrosive and non-corrosive media.
The mechanical seal features an alloy-versus-silicon carbide interface and a fluoro-rubber secondary seal, enhancing operational reliability and allowing for higher fluid temperatures.
Compact Structure
The inlet and outlet are aligned on the same horizontal axis, facilitating easy installation directly into the pipeline.
Its compact structure, lightweight design, and ease of operation and maintenance make it widely suitable for fluid transfer and circulation systems across various industrial applications.
Detailed Description
Product Overview
The CDL light-duty vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump. It adopts a standard vertical motor and a quick-connect mechanical seal. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through the pump head using a coupling. Tie rod bolts fix the pressure-resistant cylinder and flow-through components between the pump head and the inlet and outlet sections. The pump inlet and outlet are on the same straight line at the bottom of the pump. This pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively protect against dry running, phase loss, and overload.

Structural Characteristics
This vertical multistage pump adopts compact vertical stacked layout. The motor is installed on the top, while multi-stage hydraulic components are arranged vertically underneath. Suction and discharge ports lie on the same horizontal line, enabling direct inline pipeline installation. The pump is fastened by tie rods, with modular impeller and guide vane assemblies inside the pressure barrel to realize pressure boosting. Equipped with standard mechanical seal, it features simple maintenance. CDL model uses cast iron pump housing, and CDLF adopts full stainless steel wetted parts for anti-corrosion applications.
Operating Pressure-Temperature Range
This chart illustrates the allowable operating pressure and temperature boundaries. The pump must be operated within the scope shown in the diagram to ensure safe and stable service.
Application Scope
FAQs:
1
What kinds of media are suitable for CDL/CDLF pumps?
It is applicable for clean water, softened water, boiler feed water and slightly corrosive industrial liquids. Wetted components adopt 304 stainless steel, complying with domestic drinking water standards. The allowable medium temperature ranges from -15℃ to 120℃.
2
What benefits does the inline inlet & outlet design bring?
The inline structure allows direct pipeline mounting without additional pipe modification. It occupies less space and facilitates maintenance; disassembly of the whole pipeline is not required during inspection and overhaul.
3
How durable is the standard mechanical seal? Can it be upgraded?
The standard silicon carbide mechanical seal features outstanding wear resistance and high-temperature resistance. Fluorine rubber sealing assemblies are available as an upgrade for media containing sediment or trace corrosives.
